About Us

Bod. E Basics was born out of a personal journey. For years, I relied on grocery store products to care for my skin while silently struggling with cystic acne and the constant dryness that comes with living in the desert. No matter what I tried, my skin always felt thirsty.

 

As I became more mindful about what I was putting into my body through food, I realized something life-changing: our skin is our largest organ, and what we put on it matters. That realization sent me down a path of research, uncovering the harsh and toxic chemicals hidden in everyday skincare. It shocked me to learn how much damage we unknowingly do by trusting big companies to provide us with “safe” products.

Determined to do better, my husband and I began creating our own products—free from toxins and chemicals. 

 

Today, we are sharing that creation with you. Our products are made with simple, natural ingredients and a whole lot of love. They’re designed to help soothe and nourish your skin.

I believe true wellness comes from being mindful of what we put in and on our bodies. I know from experience that small, intentional changes can transform your health and your confidence. Our mission is to offer products that not only feel good on your skin but also give you peace of mind about what you’re using every day.
